How It Works
Our process is personalized and convenient.
At WELL | BAR, consultations are 60 minutes (not 15 minutes like they are in traditional medical models). We want you to feel seen and heard AND get you started on a plan for optimization FAST. We want you to be living your BEST life and we know that our easy 4-step process will help get you there.
Our Easy 4-Step Process
01. THE BLOOD DRAW (FASTING) + INTAKE
Book your blood draw online, make certain you are fasting for 12 hours, check your email and fill out ALL intake/consent forms provided. You will be charged at this appointment for your blood draw and next visit that includes your personalized consultation and plan.
02. THE CONSULTATION
We will meet in person or by telehealth so that I can get to know you, review your blood results and intake forms, and develop a plan of care.
03. GET THE GOODS (or PELLET PROCEDURE)
Once your subscription payment is processed, your personalized prescription will be ordered and shipped directly from the compounding pharmacy. If you are receiving a pellet, you will book your pellet procedure.

04. FOLLOW UP
Week one - (as needed) via telehealth, we will review how to take your personalized prescription.
Week six - you will have new blood work to assess your progress and determine if your plan needs adjusting.
Annual - annual blood work to ensure you are staying optimized.
